Connection at the heart of wellbeing

We work with services to embed relational theory into everyday practice, equipping educators to create environments where children feel safe, connected, and ready to participate.

Growing Well Together (GWT) is a privately owned relational wellbeing practice that works in partnership with early learning centres, schools, OSHC services, and community organisations.

How We Work With Education Services, Schools, & Communities

We work with educators, children and services through
professional learning, structured programs and collaborative partnerships.

These pathways translate our relational wellbeing approach into practical support for educators, children and communities.

RhythmReset→Ready

Educator-facing professional learning

Rhythm Reset Ready™ supports educators, teachers and community staff with practical rhythm, movement and group-based strategies that help reset regulation, participation and engagement.

It introduces key Growing Well Together ideas and gives staff immediate tools they can use in everyday practice.

Drum Together

Participant -facing rhythm and connection program

Drum Together™ is a structured small-group rhythm program supporting connection, regulation, confidence, belonging and positive group experiences.

It is practice-informed, responsive to group energy, and grounded in rhythm, movement, relationship and participation.

‍ ‍Practice Partnerships

Embedded whole-service support

Practice Partnerships support schools, OSHC services, early learning centres and community organisations to embed Growing Well Together principles into everyday practice.

This pathway draws on the full GWT ecosystem - including frameworks, reflective tools, educator coaching, program design, rhythm-based strategies and collaborative planning - to support sustainable change over time.

In classrooms, OSHC, early learning, and community settings, children’s behaviour is often shaped by the state of the group, the rhythm of the day, transitions, relationships, and the environment around them.

When energy shifts, behaviour often follows

Growing Well Together helps educators respond earlier, before dysregulation becomes escalation.

The Growing Well Together Framework

These foundations support connection, engagement, and learning readiness.

This framework guides our programs, partnerships, and professional learning.

Grounded in practice

Growing Well Together is led by practitioners with experience across OSHC leadership, inclusive education, curriculum design, creative arts therapies, rhythm-based group facilitation, music practice, embodied regulation, and social and emotional wellbeing.

Grounded in live education settings and shaped through reflective, trauma-aware, relational practice with children, educators, and communities.

This allows us to translate theory, lived practice, and creative facilitation into practical strategies educators can use in real settings.

Let’s Grow Well Together

Whether you’re curious about a program, interested in a practice partnership, or exploring how wellbeing might be strengthened in your setting, we’d love to connect.
