Connection at the heart of wellbeing
for education and communities

A rhythm-informed and relational approach supporting connection, participation, regulation and readiness across education, care and community contexts.

Growing Well Together works across participants, practice and whole settings

Growing Well Together:

  • helps children and community groups become more ready to connect, participate, regulate and learn;

  • develops the capacity of educators and facilitators to notice group energy, respond with greater awareness and support participation readiness.

  • helps organisations strengthen the relational and practice conditions surrounding the people and groups they support.

Growing Well Together supports participants, organisations and educators through three connected areas of work

Each is grounded in rhythm, relationship, participation and awareness of group energy.

Growing Well Together
in practice

Rhythm Reset Ready

Educator-facing professional learning

Rhythm Reset Ready™ supports educators and community practitioners with practical rhythm, movement and relational approaches that help them notice group energy, support transitions and strengthen participation and engagement.

Drum Together

Participant-facing rhythm & connection

Drum Together™ offers facilitated rhythm, movement and shared group experiences that support connection, confidence, belonging, cooperation and readiness to participate across education and community settings.

‍ ‍Practice Partnerships

Whole-setting practice development

Practice Partnerships help education, care and community organisations strengthen relational practice, build team capacity and create everyday conditions that support participation, belonging and wellbeing.

When group energy shifts, participation and behaviour often shift with it

Notice the group, not only the individual.

In education, care and community settings, children’s participation and behaviour are shaped not only by individual needs, but also by the energy of the group, relationships, transitions, the rhythm of the day and the surrounding environment.

This helps educators and facilitators notice earlier, respond with greater awareness and support both the child and the wider group.

Grounded in practice

Growing Well Together is led by practitioners with experience spanning education, care and community settings, inclusive practice, leadership, curriculum and program design, creative arts therapies, music, rhythm- and movement-based group facilitation, embodied regulation, and social and emotional wellbeing.Grounded in live education settings and shaped through reflective, trauma-aware, relational practice with children, educators, and communities.

This allows us to translate theory, lived practice, and creative facilitation into practical strategies educators can use in real settings.

Let’s Grow Well Together

Whether you’re curious about a program, interested in a practice partnership, or exploring how wellbeing might be strengthened in your setting, we’d love to connect.
